Though the Naro Moru route may be the least scenic way to Point Lenana, it is the most popular of the three main routes. It's a rapid ascent that includes the “Vertical Bog”, a very steep section of wet and cloying moorland, as well as a long scree slope along the side of Teleki Valley. This route is also a popular descent, and connects to the Peak Circuit Path. Via this route, Point Lenana can be summited in a three day trip.
